Full refund or rescheduling Request must be requested via email at LEAST 48 hours prior to the appointment, class, or event date and time.

No refund will be issued for any late requests via email, call, or text messages.

All refunds will be initiated from the processor as soon as the request has been received. Please allow 5-7 business days for your banking institution to receive and post the refunds onto your bank account.
